Terms of Service

By accessing or using Services, you confirm agreement to be bound by these Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Signit reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. Changes will be posted with updated revision dates. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Signit endeavors to notify users of significant changes through provided contact information.

Upon accepting these Terms, Signit grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use Services for internal business purposes as permitted by these Terms. This license is granted for the sole purpose of enabling you to use the Services provided by Signit in the manner set forth in these Terms.

To access certain Services, you must register an account. By registering, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete account information, (b) maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete, (c) maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account, and (d) promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Services.

Signit strives for uninterrupted service but acknowledges potential downtime from maintenance, unforeseen circumstances, or factors beyond our control. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify you of any significant disruptions.

Signit commits to protecting your privacy and securing your information. Data use is limited to providing Services and improving functionality. Third-party data sharing is restricted to service provision and enhancement, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

You retain full ownership of documents used on our platform. Signit receives a limited license to access, process, and store your documents solely for the purpose of delivering Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations and that the documents you use do not infringe any third-party rights.

You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so. Specifically, you must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server on which the Services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Services.

Signit may recognize you as a customer and utilize your trademark and/or logo for marketing and promotional activities. Such use will adhere to any brand guidelines you provide and will merely indicate the existence of a customer relationship without implying any additional endorsement or partnership. If you wish to revoke this consent, please notify us in writing at your convenience.

Signit reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Services for just cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. We will communicate termination or suspension within a reasonable timeframe, allowing data export where feasible, subject to legal and operational constraints.

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Signit and its affiliates expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Services will be error-free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted.

You acknowledge that Signit is not responsible for any issues arising from user content, including errors, viruses, defamation, or inaccuracies. You bear full responsibility for your use of any user content and any disputes that may arise from such use.

Signit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services; (b) conduct or content of third parties on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Signit's total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid to Signit during the twelve months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Signit provides no legal advice and does not participate in the content of agreements made through our Services. You are responsible for ensuring legal compliance of documents and agreements.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signit, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any third-party claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of Services, your user content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any other person's rights.

Signit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, with your full cooperation. We may also settle any claims or causes of action against us related to your indemnification obligations without your prior consent. However, we will not settle any claim that imposes an obligation on you or admits your liability without your explicit prior consent.

You agree to release Signit, its affiliates, and their respective employees, contractors, directors, suppliers, and representatives from claims, demands, and damages of any kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any disputes directly resulting from your use of the Services, except for those claims arising directly from Signit's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This waiver does not cover any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses resulting from actions unauthorized under the law and does not waive rights that cannot be waived.

These Terms and any access to or use of the Services will be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If there is a dispute under these Terms, we would prefer to resolve it amicably first. If we can't find a solution within 60 days, we'll proceed to arbitration, guided by the laws of Saudi Arabia. The arbitration will take place in the Dubai International Finance Centre, adhering to the DIFC-LCIA Rules, and will be conducted in English. This process will involve three arbitrators: one chosen by us, one by you, and a third selected by the first two arbitrators. The decision from the arbitration will be final and enforceable under Saudi Arabian law in any court that has the appropriate jurisdiction.
