The problem
We used to have our agreements in PDF format then send them over for signing, we also used the traditional method of pen and paper which was impractical and was time consuming as well. Also, we had to print all of our documents to sign them which wasted a lot of papers, plus we had to wait for signing parties to be in office to finish a single signature request which delayed a lot of processes to be finalized.
The solution
We use Signit internally and it is helping us in many different ways, them being that we don't need to print. It saves time, it is fast and the signers don't have to be in the office. It makes the processes much easier, we can just prepare the document to be shared, add the signers and send them a notification through email. The most used feature is uploading and sending signature requests.
