The contract signing process used to be time consuming, whether the signatures were handwritten or sent as PDF attachments via email.  

Documents would often pass through several  people, from a team member to a deputy, and  even up to the board of directors, causing delays  of several days before they were finally signed.

Paperwork piles up due to manual signatures,  leading to time-consuming folder searches.

This complicates finding important information and  increases the risk of document loss, significantly impeding workflow and impacting overall management efficiency.

Solution:

The Solution 

1. Streamlining the contract signing process to reduce the time taken.
2. Eliminating 70% of paper documents and contracts.
3. The program has helped the Human Resources Department by facilitating the preparation and signing of 3,000 seasonal contracts within a short period. 
4. The presence and congestion of employees in the Human Resources Department for signing contracts and documents has decreased. 
5. Sending documents electronically has become simple and easy.
6. Tracking the status of requests has become easier.
7. It has reduced the effort required from Chairman of the Board of Directors, other Board members, and administrative departments to sign paper  documents.
8. Simplifying the signing process for documents that  require two signed copies
